Elite Realty Associates LLC (ERA) was founded in 1990 by Marc Kritzer. It is one of Manhattan’s premier, boutique commercial realty firms specializing in showrooms, offices, retail spaces, and building sales in the Garment District. For over 25 years, ERA has developed many long-term relationships with landlords leading to better “inside deals." ERA has worked with many high profile clients including U.S. Polo, American Apparel and rags & bone. Whether small or high-profile, all our clients receive exclusive deals and a satisfactory experience.

President and Founder

MARC KRITZER

Marc Kritzer founded ERA in 1990. He has over 30 years experience as a commercial real estate broker. Marc prides himself on building lasting relationships with landlords and clients. His expertise, experience and connections allow him to find the perfect spaces for his clients. Marc often knows about the availability of spaces before any other realtor. It is this inside knowledge that separates Elite Realty Associate LLC from the competition.

Marc is a graduate of Boston University and a licensed real estate broker in New York and Connecticut. He lives in New York City with his wife and two children.
